Visited link colours

There has recently been some discussion on dw_suggestions of having visited links be a different colour from unvisited links. There's a request for it to be changed for Tropospherical in particular.

Does this count as an accessibility issue, and if so, is it worth pushing it forwards at all? It sounds like the sort of thing which should be a quick fix.

As with amadi, it would be better to use underlined and bold font attributes in the style-sheet in place of of hovering or visited colors alone. I normally use a Lynx browser (with SSL support) for for logging into DW so the hovering or visited colors wouldn't help.
