Accessibility Camp DC: October 10

There's going to be an Accessibility Camp in Washington, DC, on October 10. It's free for attendees, and registration just opened. Anyone in the DC area able to go, learn, get tips, and maybe shmooze about the awesome stuff we're doing?

Come visit! I can't manage this conference -- bad day -- but you should totally come down and we can have more than a 90 second conversation in person.

I'll be around. Sort of nervous about a barcamp and I'm not 100% positive I know enough about accessibility to be useful, but I'm probably better than no one going, if you decide not to come down to DC. Or we could meet up there, if you do decide to go to DC.

ETA: I went ahead and registered.

Good on you!! And don't be nervous - there will likely be heaps of people with little or no knowledge and experience. Barcamps are for learning! You could do a lightning talk about accessibility at Dreamwidth for your contribution if you wanted :)

Have a great time!!!
