webaim is running their second ever Screen Reader Users Survey. The first survey has been invaluable to web developers who want to write to how PWD actually use extensible technology, instead of writing to how standards designers think we use accessible technology. I took the survey and am passing it on.

This is a little bit OT, but we've got to say it anyhow.

1. Your icons are amazing!!

2. You're the only other person we know who doesn't give us blank stares and go "Huh" when we mention the Westing Game which we read in third grade.

3. We love Dr. Who a lot and the icon of a Dalek and Serenity made us LOL. As did the Happy Bunny icon because we also adore Happy Bunny.

And 4 OOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG you have JoCo icons!!!!!! OMGOMGOMGOMG Especially love the "You're one bad-ass fucking fractal" one because over on LJ for a while our journal name that appears on the profile for our journal was "Bad-ass fucking fractal" So yes. We're JoCo fans.

I'm glad you took the survey. And thank you so much for the comment on the icons! It's amazing how much userpics show us what we have in common with other people. JoCo and Dr. Who and Happy Bunny and The Westing Game which is one of the best books ever!
